Overall the rental was great, as well as customer service. I did not provide 5 stars due to Hertz requiring an additional $50 deposit on top of my $200 just to extend the rental for one day. I found that to be ludacris considering what was already being held on my credit card.

I did not like being told there were no cars available for my reservation, but then being given a car. A few nights before at the DCA location, I had a reservation, but was not given a car because I was told they were sold out and that they could not find my reservation number. I will not be using this service again or renting through Hertz.

My experience was terrible. I was charged more than the price quote.
