From reserving to returning I had no problems with Dollar or the vehicle.

When i arrived to pick up my car they had told me i was an express member (which I knew I wasn’t since this was the first time renting from here) but after telling him that he still proceeded to tell me that all i have to do is go to the lot and get my car. Once there the other guy at the counter said he couldn’t find my name (wasn’t surprised) so after 20 min of trying to find my name I was finally told to pick out my car. I was excited to finally be able to get on my way but once I was trying to leave the gate, they told me I had to go back to the booth again. Annoying. Finally after another 10 minutes the guy calls the manager to come help. He was nice and was finally able to help get everything figured out.

The counter person was very friendly but a Liar. He tried to have us buy a plate pass. He asked us where we were going and told us we would have tolls for the area (Clearwater, Florida) We had checked out so we were told we could buy it at the kiosk. I get to the kiosk and thankfully the truthful lady told us there were absolutely no tolls from Tampa to Clearwater. I will NOT rent from this car rental company (my first experience with this company) again. I'd rather pay extra for honesty.
