I read both good and bad reviews and said let me try for my self, it’s just renting a car how bad can it be.. I’m in the rental industry myself. But sad to say.. it’s exaxtly what the bad reviews were. Price you reserve with is not they tell you to pay.. u add insurance they tell u it won’t cover to need their insurance. My reservation price $162.50 price there... $267.50. Aside from the fact that they try to hustle you a bit in which insurance to get. But car was literally brand new I was fire truck customers to rent after they saw we aren’t gonna be able to hustle this guy he knows what he’s talking about so they at lease didn’t give me a beater!

I booked my rental a month in advance for a specific price, paid insurance in advance. The counter guys of which were 3 (i think) kept insisting that I had to pay an additional $26 a day. Mind you that I had proof of insurance and was using an Amex which provides additional coverage. There was no negotiating, no nothing therefore I DID NOT pick up the car. Professionalism does not exist in D.R. only hustlers.
