I wasn't happy with the fact that the price quoted on the site was not what was ultimately paid. I added an insurance through the site only to be told upon arrival that this insurance could not be applied towards the rental. I ended up paying $470 dollars vs the quoted 225.64 that included the insurance I had paid through this site. I asked for a 3 row SUV similar to a Ford Explorer and received a 3 row nissan xtrail (a rougue). Although it has three rows it is no where near in size to a Ford Explorer. I think in the future it would be best at the very least allow the customer to know that the insurance purchased through the website will not be able to be used upon arrival in the Dominican Republic. I arrived late and there was no sign in the airport letting me know that e-z car rental would be found at Europcar. This should be highlighted.
