This was the 2nd year. Our 1st year was not a good experience. This year was fast & we got a nice upgrade

I went to pick up my rental on Saturday and waited for 1.5 hrs for my pick up. I understand it was weekend and there are additional measures due to COVID. But this Hertz place is really understaffed. 1.5 hrs seems extreme for rental pickup!

Car were nit property maintenance, had to switch on in Vegas and replacement car broke down on way out of Vegas. Three hour trip turn into 8hrs on road. But customer service fast and efficient to change car.

Plane delayed. Vehicle was not available and have to wait for a return rental car and clean up.

Location did not have the Altima I requested online available so they asked if I’d mind a free upgrade to a Maxima. Got me on my way very quickly. When I returned, the check out was just as quick and easy. They (Gil) even gave me a ride back to my car that was being repaired. Not very far, but it was 107 degrees. Will definitely use their services again. Thamks guys!
