Good condition of tyres (that's very important in Patagonia because many roads are unpaved)

To many different pieces of paper to sign. If I can, I will avoid Avis in this area next time. Car was fine, paperwork stupid.

Good experience for discovering Patagonia!

We had booked the car over a month in advance and required an SUV with a automatic transmission because we would be driving around Patagonia. But when we arrived at the airport to pick up our car on 19 April, the Europcar desk at the airport simply said they had been oversold and no such car was available. We had planned this vacation for months and it was entirely in jeopardy without a car! The outback of Patagonia has no public transportation. Europcar employees made no attempt to explain the situation or to help us, despite the fact that we were now stabbed at an airport in the middle of nowhere without a car. Thankfully, one of their competitors had a car available with an automatic transmission, but it was much smaller and cost more. Our experience was awful and we will not use your service ever again, since apparently reservations made on your site are not honored.

Arrived 30 minutes early and were told our car wasn’t ready. Offered Toyota 4Runner at same rate. Great for roads into Las Torres but expensive on fuel. Did not accept our prepaid car insurance. Had to sign a waiver of their coverage with a $3000 credit card hold. Car worked fine and no issues on return.
