Vehicle was relatively new (10,000km) and in good condition. The service was good overall. The employee we left the car with did not have his best day.

1) The vehicle was already far beyond its maintenance and constantly reminds that an oil change must happen 2) The windshield wiper water was empty 3) Both front tires were completely worn, one of the tires, had a hole in the jacket and the other lost per day 0.4 bar. We had friends dismantle the tire with the hole and lo and behold, the tire had deliberately been mended twice, so we did not just drive around with bald heads on the road, but the tires could have burst at any time not to imagine what could have happened - we traveled with our two children 7 and 11 !!! This is not only illegal but also criminal. Of course, we still have the pictures of the tires and the garage address. I am disappointed and honestly also "shocked" that you rent such a car. Roughly negligent !!

Bad experience. I had requested pick up at the Avis Airport location in Denver & after a 45 minute wait in line was informed my pick up was actually in downtown Denver. Totally defeated the purpose of renting a car.
