Was called the nite previous to flying into Denver - a car won't be available until 4 hrs later than scheduled (12 pm). I told them we had plans... to keep us apprised. Arrived at 1 pm after taking a train and waiting for Enterprise to pick us up at the train parking lot. After a few bogus excuses that the car was being readied, I checked the prep bay - no car. After I called the agent out on it, he gave us an SUV upgrade (the vehicle they picked us up with) without an extra charge. In the end, the SUV was excellent and there were no other mishaps, but what a trip just getting it!!

When i first went to pick up my rental, it had a damaged tire. They took me to another Enterprise and i received a vehicle that would work for my needs.

The staff is superb except with the truth. The problem.was that we were told the cars would be ready--soon. Almost 2 hours after pickup time--no car. Nowhere else to go.
