The customer service was terrible, When I picked up the car it had 1/4 tank of gas and I return it with 3/4 but the guy checking the car tried to tell me that I would be charged for the car having less gas. Then they triple charged me to fix a flat tire that I received while driving the car. The wheel bearing were going bad, the car was not a smooth drive and very hard to drive on the already poor roads in Jamaica. The customer service upon returning the car and trying to catch a flight was terrible, if I didn’t have another ride waiting on me outside I would have possible missed my flight. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It took a long time to be picked from the airport to be taken to the rental office to pick up our car. The process is lengthy compared to others that I have done before. We got a reliable car that took us around. If your looking for a car on a low budget and done mind the wait this is the company for you. Mind you we had 2 kids with us and that didn’t help speed up the process at all.

Cheap is not always good. I booked the car online and luckily I did not take the insurance because it would not have covered jamaica. Very friendly staff and straight forward process, but the insurance option was expensive with a large hold on your credit card. The car was very shabby, but did the job.

The car was junk. It needed brake service and I caught a flat and I had to pay for it. I don't own the car. I shouldn't have to pay for something that I don't own. Will NEVER get another dollar from me again.
