Thirty did a excellent job in pick up and return of rental. The only issue is the amp it of taxes paid to use rental. Taxes almost doubled the price.

It started when I picked up my car at around 7:00 pm and the counter did not have any record of me requesting a car seat. I was assured one had been requested. Subsequent to this, they told me they had one and could add it on for $13.99/day, which is what I was told. However, they did not have a car seat that fit my 6 year old daughter. My options were a too small seat that cut off her circulation and didn't cover her head or a booster that was too big for her and illegal. I had no choice after visiting all the other car rental places but to take the booster that did not fit her. No one seemed to care. Then they told me with fees on the $41.97 car seat it would be $114.71! They charged me $72.74 in fees! One was a 11.11% fee that somehow came out to $18.24. I am pretty sure 11.11% of $41.97 is $4.66. I was told I was wrong. To rent the car alone was $179.03, almost as much as a car seat?! Then I was told to sign a document, not telling me what it was. I signed it and asked what it was for and was told it was saying I'd do an inspection. She took the paper from me. Never asked me to inspect the vessel and bring it back, didn't escort me out, nothing. I luckily inspected it and took photos and noticed scratches everywhere and a broken taillight and the left front tire was low on air. When I returned the car I told the counter about the car seat and damage because I was upset. The one woman went outside to look at the car and the woman at the counter said she was going to try and make the damage my fault. I said no way! This was by far the worst car rental experience ever. I would've brought my own seat FOR FREE!

Picking up the car was fine, and the car itself was fine. However, returning the car was a bad process. It is a self-return, without any employees there to help you. All of the parking spots were filled up, so there was nowhere to put the car. I illegally parked it temporarily in order to go into the Thrifty location and find an employee. As I did that, a Thrifty employee walked outside. Instead of helping me resolve the situation, she just told me I was going to get a ticket for illegally parking it.
