The day before I was schedule for my rental pickup, Sierra called to inform me of what documents will be needed when I arrive and that they will need my insurance provider and policy number. I gave her the necessary information. She was friendly and courteous. As a result, I was in, out and on my way in about 15 minutes. In addition, I was offered a no charge upgrade to a truck (as there were extras at the location - though I declined due to the different in gas mileage). The gentleman (which I do not remember his name) was also friendly and courteous.
