I booked a Vw Tiguan (or equivalent Suv & Crossover) to suite my group and the luggage we have. unfortunately, I was given the smallest car in your fleet. I was told that because i was one hour late, the car was given to somebody else. I wonder why the other person was given a different car from what he booked? Why my car was not kept for me considering delay on flight arrival is a common occurrence?
What is more frustrating and unprofessional, is that they did not agree to bring a s similar car to what i booked the following day? The manager said i have to collect the car myself. So, basically i have to spend 2 days of my holiday (8 days) to collect the my pre-booked car!
I am very dissatisfied with this unprofessional treatment and the disruption caused to my holiday and would like this matter to be investigated as a formal complaint

So far missing a concrete account of the rental car, the retained deposit of 250.00 € is not yet refundable. A detected lack of the Fel ge front right has not been caused by me, but was determined purposefully when returning with a flashlight.
