My puck up was easy. I was told by the agent that since I was dropping the car off at the airport prior to the office opening that to park the car and stop keys in the drop box and a receipt would be emailed to me. It is now the 4th day since drop off and still no email receipt. Upon learning Alamo is owned by Enterprise I understand the poor follow up. I have had bad experiences with Enterprise and this just reinforces my opinion of them.

I called 4 companies at the airport for a 7 passenger van for the next day and every company said they were sold out. I tried CarRentals.com, got a confirmation number and didn't believe it because it was a company that just said they didn't have one. I went the next morning and it was true! The van was waiting for me. I'm doing it this way first next time.
