I booked and pay full insurance but finally wasn't full because i payed through web page (broker insurance as they sad on desk) and if happen car accident i'm not covered full.

The pick up went smooth and the staff was helpful. I returned the car on Christmas day late in the afternoon when their office was already closed. I drop the car keys and the parking ticket in their keybox for returns outside the normal working hours. Till then everything went fine. On my bank account after few days appeared a charge of 123,00 PLN from an external company working for Avis (transaction dated 25th Dic, it means the exact day I returned the car even if there there was nobody when I returned the car). I tried to call them several times, I spoke with someone who gave me another number to call, and nobody is picking up, so tired of spending my time on the phone, I wrote a couple of emails about it; after a biblical time of about 3-4 weeks I got a reply which it says that the charge was applied because I did not return the parking ticket. I replied to them and I said that they can check the CCTV, in the airport there are plenty of them that will show that I dropped the ticket in the box together with the keys; also they can probably search and ask their staff on a working day rather then making a fee on a Christmas day when nobody was actually there. I think the ticket went missing or they just trying to charge me something thinking that I am not a Polish resident and just a tourist. I went online and I found out that that company working for Avis in Poland that charged me is called jupol car zoo. they have got a massive amount of complaints on google, people complaining for similar reason like mine, they charges for not reason and they are not even returning the cash; so in other words they are maybe making frauds then; which is much worse than a just bad service. I reply to them to let me know if they checked the CCTV and to speed up with their reply as I do not want to wait another 4 weeks to be told that they did not find the ticket and they cannot do anything about this. This time Avis (such a good company) went very wrong and I promised them that if they do not sort this out I am forced to get to the appropriate ombudsman. Definitely I am not recommending them to my family and friend, Regards, Marco
