we were staying at a small village nearby and missed the morning bus by 5m, so we could not collect the car at 10am as planned. We called the location about 10 times from 10am when it was supposed to be open, to advise we'd be late. Nobody picked up the phone. we even called Enterprise's central customer service line, they too were unable to reach the facility. there were no Uber cars available and no taxis we could get, we had to wait until the next bus in the afternoon and got there at around 2:30pm. naturally, our car had been given away, the person at the desk barely spoke English and we didn't even hear an apology for not answering the phone. by the time they got us a car it was already 5pm - we missed out on an entire day of visits.
