We had made the rental car reservation in Germany and with all possible insurance already paid. As a travel agent, I've never experienced such a catastrophic rental car rental in 40 years! We were the only customers in the pickup and still had to wait 47 minutes for the delivery of the car, although there were several cars in the garage. 50 .-- € for the tank filling were booked immediately, no matter how many kilometers we drive in the few days, there is no exact settlement on the return of the car. With a gasoline price of € 0.96 per liter and possibly a processing fee - for us an impudence. Despite all the already paid insurance, we were massively pressed to take out further insurance. When we did not complete any insurance, the employee became outrageous! The car had over 50 partly massive quirks, scratches, bumps, several holes in the sweaty pad and was totally filthy. The mileage was 73748, the tires and rims had massive quirks and the car did not keep the track while driving .... Confirm the staff did not want the quirks, we took pictures of all quirks. There were immediately deducted 600 .-- bail !! The return of the car when then the total chaos. Checking the car and confirming that we had not caused any further quirks or had been added, was denied. The employee did not want to pay our deposit. We talked for 30 minutes and there was no final solution. Every tourist business must have a complaint form in Spain, it is indicated in a multilingual bulletin in every shop. Orlando had the notice board posted but did not have the form. We had to run to the local police and back to the shop, where we then met with 2 policemen. The police then searched the office and found the forms behind the front door. The Orlando employee absolutely wanted to prevent me from completing the form and repeatedly referred to me as a liar. I filled in and handed over the form in the presence of the police.
