Freeindly staff, nice upgrade.
On the other hand, the insurance I was sold by car rental was a con as I could not use it and had to pay insurance again, that was more expensive than the rental

The staff are very friendly. I did not have to wait too long, which can sometimes happen with Europcar

Generally, I had a positive experience, although when I checked my balance earlier today, I couldn't see that the 250.00 excess taken from my debit card had been returned. You might look into that for me. I was happy with everything else about my rental.
