Long wait at Europcar, Bristol Airport on a Saturday morning

We were given the wrong contract overcharging us by £400 for a 28 day rental Spent 2 weeks attempting to get the correct contract. Very frustrating....customer service impossible to contact.No reply from headquarters after I had sent them a recorded delivery letter explaining our plight.Local office rep in Bristol eventually promised us that the contract had been corrected but we just received our invoice and have still been overcharged by approx.£120.Will never use Advantage/Europcar again!

After waiting in line for an hourt, the Europcar staff member in Bristol - whose English was quite poor - refused to acknowledge the CarRentals / Advantage comprehensive insurance issued by Allianz Global Assistance and integral part of the rental reservation, although I produced all docs. They forced me to take out their own insurance and pay almost 300 dollars more.
