We have ordered a VW Golf or similar and have received a Nisan Micra from the last millennium. You could drive it, but a big difference to a VW Golf. So far my worst rental car. Handover also took a long time because of Internet problems.

There were no problems with pickup and return. In a nutshell, everything is fine!

We had reserved two cars for two days in advance. Both cars were ready on time, the handover and the return were uncomplicated. The first car was in a pretty bad condition, but ok for the price. The only criticism: in the second car, we forgot a cell phone. Did it then immediately noticed in the hotel and called at the rental office and asked to take the phone from the car, so we can then pick it up the following day. The coworker reacted clearly annoyed, but was (allegedly) ready to look, only to announce then that the mobile phone was not in the place, which I called her. So we had to go back the same evening and then had the phone with a handle in his hand, because it was quite exactly at the point I described. Ergo: it was not even looked up. Such a thing is a pity and unnecessary. Conclusion: nothing forgotten in the car, then everything is fine.
