The service counter was very nice. It took some time to walk to the car, and then find the location of the vehicle. I prefer getting to select the vehicle from several available, but there were no issues.

While I had a good service for pickup the car (agent is super nice, she is great and patient for a late night pickup), the car return early morning became a nightmare: office is not open at 4am and deposit box for key return is not reliable: could not find the key I slipped into a security box at the return garage and the facility did not enter my return in AVID system for 3 days and my credit card was charged 2k for a 3 day rental because the AVIS thinks my car was not returned and called me asking the return !! My credit card bank called to warn me of this unusual charge. After multiple calls to Nashville and AVId customer service, I finally got my return receipt a week later, was transferred to 3 different people after waiting not he phone for 30 minutes. The fact is UNBELIEVABLE: The Nashville AVIS finally found the key and I was NOT informed TIEMLY as they promised to follow up on the key search and no one EVEN bother to sent me any communication. I am a business traveller and are prepared for any unexpected delay or incident but never had such bad experience for the past 20 years in my career. I literally called AVIS the night before the return and made sure the procedure for early morning return. I took the car photos with garage in the background (Nashville Airport) and I was traveling with 5 radio reporters and I am sure the garage has its camera being my car entering the return spot. I am so shocked on the efficiency of AVIS Nashville airport facility. I will never rent another AVIS car, period.

I had difficulty getting used to vehicle. No one was around to help me.
