We had a Renault Captur instead of a Peugeot 2008. "Customer experience" detestable to the reception: no empathy or friendliness in the remarks, limit to be sent ... little details including the precise place where return the vehicle (which is not at the same place as departure), no time to read our contract to have our contact information. Expeditious handling: we feel we have no choice that we need the car ... The next time will be with a competitor; it could not be worse in customer experience !!!
