Original reservation I placed online was an SUV/Crossover and it allowed me to schedule a 6:00pm pick-up. That location's closing time was 6:00pm, we were given a standard car instead. We really couldn't make any changes since they were closing and I need the car for an airport pick-up the next morning. So, 2 days later, I went back to change it out to my ACTUAL reservation, which was an SUV. The person who assisted me was very unprofessional. I was told to wait and literally given the keys. No explanations / no documents to sign / no walk-arounds or anything.
