When I called the local number the agent was rude and you could barely understand him. His name was Sergio! I was not informed at airport That there was going to be a $200 deposit! When asked why agent did not say anything he told me that I was to check a box which was non existent on site! It was not a problem but I would have like to have known! I was charged and enormous amount for 2 day rental so when I rebooked another car with Payless I decided to cancel and go with a company that cares about their customers which is what I did for another 4 days! Paying 1/4 of price. I will make sure I never recommend Payless again or use them! As a previous travel agent I know that is not the way you do business! To start with we were given a car that was an ashtray it smelled so bad! Do not use this company
