During my rental, in Paris twice in a parking lot my car was affected. 1 scratch on the top of the front wheel G, and a scratch on the rear bumper. When I returned to CDG, the ALAMO agent invoiced me € 1,500 for the wing and € 180 for the bumper on the grounds that, according to the contract, he invoices the package. If the work costs less, I will be reimbursed the difference. But of course the works are not worth this price !!!! Within 24 hours my account was debited from 1680 €, I do not know what the amount of the work will be, if it will be done, and especially the time to reimburse me the difference.

Welcome and support at Orly. Nightmare rendition of Gare de Lyon. Parking badly indicated when handing over the vehicle (not the main parking). Badly arrowed and inaccessible level of restitution. Sudden loss of time and criticism of the agency for leaving the vehicle in a bad location. The icing on the cake, a scratch noted by the agency, that I do not see how I could have done it in a short time. Fortunately I had bought the franchise. But with the change of agency, rental ultimately very expensive. And it may not be over. Alamo to avoid Gare de Lyon.

VERY GOOD: Mourad at the start in Orly very friendly, available, ditto for Francis very helpful on the return to Roissy. The very clean vehicle.
