I waited more than 2 hours for the recovery of the vehicle I had asked for the pickup of the vehicle for 17:00 As I was going to be late for the recovery of the car I telephoned to Alamo and he answered that I could recovered until midnight out when I arrived on site at 8 pm there was no more vehicle of my catagorie and it was only a clio the person of the counter pretended to find me a solution he did not want pass me a manager after 1:30 of negotiation and can not reach you. He was giving me a clio that I had to go to Roissy the next day to exchange with a Citroen C4. After doing all the documents at the counter for clio recovery I went down to -1 and I fell on the manager to whom I re-exposed my problem he solved the problem in 5 minutes. he gave me 1 SUV a smaller category compared to what I had booked but hey it was better than the clio saw that I was leaving 3 weeks and we were 4 people so I paid more than expected I ask a refund of the price difference Sincerely
