It is totally understandable that the car chosen does nit necessarily have to be the car provided. However, I was notified prior to signing what car will be replaced. When I asked what car I will be getting I was told Volvo. For clarification, when you say luxury or equivalent to you expect the same caliber. I chose Audi. Volvo does not equate to Audi. It is not right to shock the customer. You immediately lose them and their trust. Upon insisting that this was not handled properly, a BMW was ready for me. Still confused as to why convincing me volvo was a better option when the solution was there.
