The Toyota Rav4 was what I rented because in the description it said it fit 6 people, which didn’t seem right but it was the best deal I had found, Alamo confirmed that it did NOT fit 6 people (I proved proof) but made the situation right by upgrading me to a vehicle that did fit 6.

The SUV we rented fit our needs perfectly - A Ford Expedition XLT. It wasn't ready upon arrival to the airport agency, but it became available earlier than promised. The cost for this vehicle was outstanding, considering we checked rates the day of our arrival (Hotwire) and rates were 3x the price we booked 3 weeks earlier. This rental also included a drop fee in another City and unlimited mileage. We put 1200 miles on it. It was a great deal.

I went to pick up my RESERVERED car at the airport. I was not able to take the car because of several reasons: 1) I didn't have a credit card that didn't not have a debit mark on it. No where on the agreement was I notified that I would need this. 2) I didn't have a flight ticket to attach to car rental. I was told that the airport recently put into effect a new policy (due to car theft, insufficient funds, and more) that prohibits car rentals without one of these 2 factors. Due to this I was unable to rent the car. I left 2 hrs. late for my trip due to all the hassle I went though at the airport. I was forced into taking my own car to Pasadena for a business event.
