1. Goldcar office was in town, although there was a shuttle however the 30 minute drive was not mentioned with a syllable. Why is that important? Because I wanted to leave the car on Sunday and either at the airport or at Goldcar, but I was informed that the branch has closed. I had to take a taxi if I had known that there had been no booking. 2. 35 € additional service fee? What could Goldcar not explain to me? This was not advertised anywhere. Only in the small print AFTER the booking. I just let the lawyer check that HGB calls such a thing, among other deception if not even malicious. 3. 2000 € deposit on the credit card - Car Del Mar did not provide any info.
