Waited at the shuttle area because the office is at an off site location. Received an email stating that every 15 minutes there is a shuttle service. So we waited and waited and waited. We waited for an hour until someone finally arrived. I was never asked through car rental.com for my flight information. The flight arrived 30 minutes earlier. Finally I had someone from another car rental office on site office call Alamo for me since I did not have a working phone. The reservation I made stated 10am. But I figured since the email stated every 15 minutes someone would come. When we finally get the pick up and to the office, all I was told was: ‘ we didn’t have your flight information’ When I asked about the 15 minutes shuttle service, they stated: ‘ we pick up at the time the customer reserves the car for’ I don’t understand. Then why say you have a shuttle service every 15 minutes when you don’t. The funny part is they are only 3 minutes away, couldn’t they have checked to see if anyone was waiting? There goes customer service. Then when we drop off the car, we
were asked if we could wait 20 minutes for drop off at the airport because they were busy. I basically said No and one of the workers, who drove very crazy, took us to the airport. If you are planning on car rental, please use an on site car rental companies, even if you have to pay a little extra, hassle free, headache and excuse free.

Everything as it should be with a car rental company. Not direct at the airport but transfer bus was already waiting for us. Top. The only thing that bothered me was the broken light in the front and no info where to pick up the car. Otherwise recommended, very nice price.

Picking up near the airport with the shuttle bus was not a problem and the rental was very relaxed and did not try to turn us on extras. The car was loud description and had only a small dent, but was registered.
