When I got to the rental the car was gone and they tried to charge me $400 for another small car. I was very upset with this as we had planned a road trip for the weekend and they didn’t try to accommodate us at all. As a customer I found the customer service extremely poor and not willing to help us. I was disgusted with the service after traveling 1 hr to collect the car. I would not recommend them at all. There use of resolution was pathetic.
