Hertz really let us down. We had reserved a car in March 2018. When we arrived there was no car available for us. Our reservation had been given to a customer just ahead of us. He did not have a reservation. We had to go to another company and make a last minute rental which costs us $250 more. Needless to say it was an unpleasant experience. There was
nothing about it made us want to rent from Hertz ever again in life.
