Dear Sir or Madam, on Saturday, June 20, 2020 (pick-up time 10.30 a.m.), the rental vehicle we booked (9-seater) could not be taken over. We already reserved the vehicle on May 2nd, 2020. We booked the vehicle to spend our family vacation in Austria. When the vehicle was handed over, the vehicle was visually and technically in a desolate condition. The interior was so dirty that an employee of the station first had to carry out basic cleaning. Outside the rear bumper was loose and plastic panels were damaged. Countless scratches and dents on the entire vehicle. During cleaning, we found that all 4 tires were below the minimum tread depth. Rubber pieces had broken out on at least 2 tires on the outside of the tire. A longer motorway trip (Austria) would have been life-threatening for all occupants and would not be the responsibility of this vehicle. Absolutely incomprehensible and not excusable that the rental station would have given us such a vehicle at all. The vehicle was not safe to drive. No attempt was made by the rental station to remedy the defects or to find a solution. We were informed that there is no other vehicle available. You could try to find a replacement vehicle at the earliest on Monday. Our comment that we are still going on vacation in the afternoon and that we are dependent on an immediate solution did not receive any attention. Buchbinder's colleague, Ms. Grabowski, was completely overwhelmed. She kept looking at the clock and kept saying that she actually wanted to finish work at 11 a.m. She even downplayed the life-threatening defects on the tires. We then got in touch with the managing director, Mr. Stephan. Unfortunately, the phone call did not lead to any results either. In the meantime it was 11.30 a.m. and we were forced to take care of a replacement vehicle under considerable time pressure (rental stations close at 12 p.m. on Saturday). Fortunately, a 9-seater was available in AVIS / Budget in Homburg Schwarzenacker. The managing director was even ready to wait for us because we couldn't make it to the rental station on time by 12 noon.

I loved these guess super informative and very friendly and prompt I would definitely rent from them again.

Everything was great about my pickup. The car was ready, it took me maybe 15 minutes & I was out of there. The pickup person was very nice also. Also they took me back to my door step. This rental was awesome . Thanks
