the Team was very nice, thorough and organized. they picked me up at the airport near the main exit door. drove me straight over and i was out of there in 10 minutes. very helpful. i would absolutely use them again.

Picked up car early with staff who were very friendly. They gave me a car that didn't have any issues for the 4 days I was in Guam.

It is very inconvenient there is not a service counter at the Airport. Then your web site does not Ace's Phone Number!! It is very AWFUL!!!!
