I have used Enterprise many times in the past and have always been completely satisfied with my rental. This time the car I received was in very poor condition as far as appearance was concerned. Someone had put stickers all over the windows and the doors in the back and no one bothered to clean up the residue from these stickers. There were also several very obvious marks of some sort on the outside of the ca as well. It was actually a little embarrassing to drive. I also have never heard of having to pay $14+ a day for hail insurance. What would happen if the car was on your lot and it hailed. Aren't your cars automatically covered for this kind of occurrence?

I had a confirmation call the day ahead to speed up the check out process and the representative clarified the location which was nice. Friendly staff and a smooth process.
