Pick up uncomplicated - if you first visit the counter in the airport - at the vehicle handover, I received the vehicle key and the reference to the parking space. If you want to know more about how to use the car, you will certainly find support from the friendly young man. A documentation of the existing paint damage was missing, so it is recommended to photograph the damage.

At TOP Car I would book again. However, the good price / performance ratio meant that the waiting time at the airport at the time of collection was quite long. Most had a voucher from CarDelMar in their hands. It should have had 1-2 more people here. Positive: There was no attempt to impose any additional insurance etc. Impeccable English. The dream car was of course not available, but only a corresponding "Frenchman". The tank was not full but only 85-90% - everything normal and often experienced. The car had various scratches and a bump. All this was not logged at the time. We were at the pickup alone on the car. When returning, however, was not looked so accurate, only on the tank pointer. That's it.

Pickup and delivery was straightforward, the car was clean and perfectly fine. But unfortunately the tank was not fully fueled as agreed, but less than half filled, but this was noted on the pickup. Agreed when choosing the internet was full-to-full, which we found fair and uncomplicated.
