Easy pickup. Car was clean with no issues. Return location was a bit difficult as it was in the city with very tight streets. Also, the gps location was correct however there was no entrance from the street. I had to drive around the block and enter via a small alleyway from the opposite direction, none of which was indicated by the gps or the return location info supplied by Hertz.
