The lady I delt with was very helpful. The manager was not very accommodating. And I seemed to be bothering the other guy that was at the counter.

I had rented and completely paid for my rental. Our flight was late but I was not worried as the car was paid for. When we arrived, we were told no car was available and please go sit and wait. After 1 hour, I went back to the agent and asked when the car would be available. Well she said perhaps she could give us someone else's car. I asked why this option was not given an hour before?????? No response. When I went down to get the car, there were other cars and plenty in a higher class that were not even offered. I took the car and drove away. Needless to say, I will not rent from Hertz again !!!

I was delighted to see someone at the counter! Our plane was delayed 5 hours so our arrival was in the middle of the night! Every counter was closed except Hertz!! Thankfully! Our service was 5 star! Unfortunately we got to the car and the battery was dead!! It wasn’t the counter person’s fault! I rushed back and found him in the lobby! He went back and got me another vehicle! It was still 5 star response! Thanks!
