How can I cancel my rental car?

The easiest way for your "Pay at Pick-Up" reservation is to cancel is online. Also all new rentals with pick up before July 2020 can be cancelled for free. If you had booked a "Pay now" car please contact our customer support.

What about insurance if I cancel my car?

The insurance can be canceled free of charge.

What do car rental companies do to help?

Most of our partners have reviewed and readjusted their car cleaning processes. This could mean changing to approved disinfectant and wiping down high-touch areas within and outside of the car even more often. Knowing customers need transport right now, some of them are also waiving one-way-fees as well as young-driver-fees. The whole industry is working very hard to make very short term rentals as well as long term rentals up to three months available.
