My experience with this supplier was great. I rented a very good vehicle for a long period(25 days). Had a great deal for price. pick up was very quick and easy. The only let down was the Enterprise Roadside Assistance. To start off, somehow the vehicle did not have a spare tire nor the flat tire kit. I had a flat tire at the toll booth of the US border while driving back from Michigan(still on the US side). I contacted Enterprise Roadside and because I was still in the US side, they transferred the call to the US branch. They then wanted to tow the vehicle back to Detroit(80 miles) airport to try and get a replacement vehicle(nothing could be confirmed until I was to get there). And nobody seemed to know how it would work to return that vehicle because my rental started in Canada and I had to return it in Canada. To make things worse, the person told me that only 1 person could go in the tow truck and I would have to arrange something myself for my wife and the kids to go somewhere while I would go back to Detroit and possibly get a new vehicle. That would cost me more than $1000 for the tow and there was no guarantee I would get a replacement vehicle. So I decided to contact the customer service in Canada and tell them that my plan was to call and pay for the tow to the closest Canadian town (Sarnia) and then get the tire fixed there. The attendant, Joe, told me to do that which was the best way forward and that I would be reimbursed for the towing. The next day I returned the vehicle and explained the situation at the place I rented the vehicle. They were surprise the repair kit was not in the car and promptly reimbursed the amounts i spent on towing and fixing the tire. I would definitely recommend this location as well as I would recommend people to check if the spare tire or the repair kit is in the car(and if it's the repair kit, that people learn how to use it) for the case of this happening to someone else.
