although i booked an automatic gear car, i was told that my booking was done on manual gear. the search boxes in your website didn't work properly!!!!

At the counter heavy insistence that we take the insurance. We accept. We go to the car park. We are made to wait, phone call for a reason X. We indicate to be in a hurry and remember to have subscribed to the insurance so no unnecessary control. Gasoline 2/8 th so need to refuel quickly. Departure and arrival at our appointment 1 hour later. I get off the car and see a mega scratch on the doors on the right. I look at the contract and find that the attendant noted car without any flaws or scratches. Unless you employ blind and nonsense employees, this is totally impossible. So he was right to buy insurance to help fix errors that are not ours. This process is distressing, but leaves imperishable memories, be in some. Car rented at PORTE MAILLOT and returned the same evening to MONTPARNASSE.

The agency was closed on the day of the reception because of the strikes. Of course, I was not warned. However, I was charged for this rental ghost for which I have not been compensated or even refunded.
