The staff were very friendly considering how busy they were, but the wait to pick up my car was far beyond an acceptable amount of time. I had reserved ahead of time, so it shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes to get it. I found this very disappointing from what is supposed to be a high-quality rental service. It felt like I was renting from Fox or Thrifty with a wait like this.

If at all possible, I will not rent from Hertz again. Return person was rude to me and my wife. 20 minute wait to get vehicle, even when I prepaid, machine did not take my deposit credit card, but it worked every else I went to. Warning light on tires came on.

Give that guy a raise in the Akron Airport!! He waited for our delayed flight to get in to get us our rental!! The airport was closed and he waited!! Was friendly and helpful and even gave us information on the Football Hall of fame and other places in the area! Excellent service and care. He went above and beyond!
