I tried to renew my contract and it was a major hassle with Hertz on the phone. I ended up having to go to where I picked up the vehicle so I could renew for another week.

It was ok. My time to pick up was 5, I called and let them know I would be there more close to 530, they were not to happy about that. I did get there at 525 , but then had to stand around until 550, because the car had to be cleaned . When she finally brought the car around, i asked why it took so long and she said she also had to go get gas!
