Horrible!!! Rude customer service and ignorant talking in Spanish in front of you about you! Then you spend hours going back and forth from the car park to the counter to get what you ordered. Spend your money else where!!!!

My experience with this supplier was costly as they would not accept the daily insurance protection which was purchased in advance with car rentals and provided by Allianz insurance as I was not a resident within the United States this therefore cost me an additional £312 on top of the initial rental agreement which I believe is unfair as Europcar is a world wide company. I'm hoping the insurance which I purchased at $9 per day will be refunded as it was if no use whatsoever.
