I arrived in Terminal 3 in Manila, and the car rental counter was easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and not pushy about extra insurance or other charges. The car was clean, well-maintained, reliable, and good on gas mileage. It was a bit difficult to find where to return the vehicle - there isn't a set Rental Car Return area as there is in many larger airports. Make sure to ensure you ask about the return location BEFORE you take the car.

the car was very dented up and they missed some places on the condition sheet and charged me for them when I returned. They refused to let us go or take us ant where until we paid even though I bought full coverage insurance. The return lot was in a very isolated place a mile from the airport so we were stuck unless we paid.
