First, it took at least an hour for my rental vehicle to be ready. Then, there was no inspection of the vehicle. I never saw a contract; I was simply asked to apply a digital signature but was unable to see what I was signing. I never received any paperwork (my agreement was emailed to me, which was not helpful since I could not open email unless I was somewhere with wifi access). I was stopped by police while driving the vehicle and had no papers to prove I was renting it. I had to pay a bribe to get away. I have recently discovered that, though I was quoted a rate of just over $200 USD for the duration of the rental, I have actually been charged $358. When I dropped off the vehicle, there was a thorough inspection and I was told everything was in order. However, a day later, someone from the agency emailed me to tell me that upon a second inspection, a scratch was discovered in the left front wheel rim. I have no idea what this is in reference to, am no longer in the country so I am unable to dispute it, and I am just waiting to see if I will receive another charge to my credit card.

Very long wait - about 40 minutes - in Johannesburg. Then top service and top vehicle. Vehicle return very fast and uncomplicated.

nothing much than a wish that the service level be kept if not taken to higher level.
