Upon arrival we noticed damage to the car. The agent agreed and added it to the rental agreement in store. We were advised that the damage would be in the emailed document. It wasn't and called the rental location. They said it was on their paperwork and all was fine.We returned at airport, they noted damage with no indication on rental agreement. Had to call pick up location for verification. Word of caution, do not leave rental location without your receipt even if offered to be emailed for quick pick up. If there is an issue the renter has nothing in writing as proof. Even though it ended ok it was quite the hassle.

The associates were all very helpful and cheerful. Our rental only took several minutes and we were on our way. Easy return process as well.
