Our experience was very positive. The gentleman who checked us out was very friendly, helpful and answered the many questions I asked.

Though I paid in advance for my rental car, I wasn't told about the $200 deposit I was required to post until I got there. My credit card payment had not been posted and my CC was maxed until the next day. I offered a Debit Card, but I was told it was corporate policy not to accept debit cards from Las Vegas residents. I have owned a business for 30 years, I am a Las Vegas resident, and showed my drivers license where my address was current. THIS WAS A HUGE INSULT. I offered to pay me deposit in cash as I had it on me, and was told that they did not accept cash (which I believe may be illegal). Things escalated and Greg, the counter person, would not call his supervisor to try to get an exception made to this insulting policy. I demanded an instant refund of the money I had paid early and was refused.
