Excellent customer service. Quality of vehicle was very good. I think the issue is with YVR - signs for rental car shuttles were missing / misleading. Another great benefit was being able to drop off the car at the airport with National during Enterprise's closed hours. I'm not happy they didn't have my vehicle either - we rented a Tahoe / Expedition but were given an Infinity. Nice car but not what we reserved.

We had quick, friendly and thorough service. When we needed information about a message that the car was displaying, the customer service agent at Enterprise gave us clear directions on how to mitigate the issue. Everyone we spoke with was VERY friendly and helpful. It was an excellent rental experience!
