Solid experience overall. The only issue was that the car was not located in the indicated and written space on the Agreement. The car was located on another row which created a delay until the indicated vehicle could be located and reassigned.

They treated me like a Gold member. Just couldn't use the kiosk. By the way I am a Gol Member for Hertz. Carrentals have much better prices.

I picked the van up and right away could tell someone smoked in this vehicle that I was about to put my children in, yuck! On top of that the inside was dirty and my daughter found some left over candy from a previous renter. It appears the windshield was replaced... there was broken glass all over the dashboard. We decided to leave it there to show the employee upon return. They didn't seem too interested. We sprayed some Lysol loaded it up and begin our journey. 300 miles away the maintenance light came on. We get to our destination (upstate NY) where it is snowing and cold. The defrosters did not work on the inside!!!! We had to wipe the windows while we drove. The only things I liked about this rental was the amount of space my children had and the seats were very comfortable.
