I booked over a month in advance. Went to pick it up and they had no vehicles available. The guy was very rude about it and couldn't give me a time they would have one. He told me he would call and never did. I had to go to different location and the only they could give me was a vehicle that was just in an accident. I had no choice to take it since we were leaving on vacation or pay an outrageous fee at another company.
