Before click confirm in CarRentals.com I called to the Front Desk of Alamo at +52 55 5207 5195 and asked them if it was okay to make a reservation with less than 2 hours for that moment? And Alejandro said yes, it's okay. Then I made the reservation, but when I went to pick up the car, Fernando said, they had no vehicles, and my reservation was subject to availability, which, at least in the regular letters I never found this disclaimer, someone will say it was in the disclaimer (very small letters for sure). He said no Alejandro works there, I called the number in front of him, he picked up the call =) and I said, that's the number I called, and someone from here at 10:10 AM (Oct, 30) picked up my call and said it was okay. He had no customer service attitude, or maybe because of my frustration about the car not being available, and the subject to availability condition, I was not happy.

A had a problem with my oick up because i pay for the insurece from Allianz and Alamo did not accept it, I spend aproximadly 1 hour becuase they refuse to give me the car until i pay the insurance with them. I addition, in the web page the rental fee was $2 and I have a charge in my Credit Card for $7.74, $5 more. I spect to have better experience but I can tell that I will never rent a car with you.
